Modesto Hats, is a craft workshop dedicated to the production of Montecristi Handmade Toquilla Straw Hats, handcrafted by artisans in Montecristi, Ecuador.
All content published on our website, images, photographs, text, logos, videos, descriptions, is the exclusive property of Modesto Hats.

2.- ARTISANAL PRODUCTS:

Our hats are hand-woven, handcrafted by our expert craftsmen from Montecristi.
Each piece is unique, may present, small variations, in the fabric, color, wing, texture, shape or finish.
These characteristics are typical of a handmade product, and contribute to the authenticity of each hat.
Please note that each hat is handmade and customized for each client. We strive to create your hat exactly as you requested, according to the standards and proportions that have delighted our clients for over twenty-seven years.

3.- PRICE:

The prices published on our website are expressed in dollars for each product.
Modesto Hats reserves the right to modify prices, promotions and product availability without prior notice. Changes will not affect purchases that have already been confirmed.

4.- SHIPPING:

Once we received the purchase order, and confirmed the payment, we check the stock of the product, process with the order, and the instructions at the customer’s request.
We make national and international shipments using the transport services available for each destination.
Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to external factors, including customs processes, weather conditions, holidays, carrier delays or circumstances beyond the control of Modesto Hats.
The customer must correctly provide the delivery address.

6.- EXCHANGES AND RETURNS :

We accept return requests within 3 days of receipt of the product, in accordance with the conditions established for purchases made, only for defective or incorrect items. The return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the error is Modesto Hats

Each hat is made to order for every man and woman, ensuring that you receive a unique piece, handmade and if you wish personalized.

8.- PHOTOGRAPHS AND COLORS:

We work to ensure that the photographs of our products accurately represent each hat.
However, there may be minor differences in color appearance due to the lighting used for the photographs, the customer’s device screen and the natural characteristics of the materials.
